Notification of cancellation must be sent, in writing, to Office@clinicalcmegroup.com. Cancellations will be accepted until 11:59pm (EST) – Friday, September 11, 2026 with a refund of all pre-paid registration fees (minus any payment fees). We cannot guarantee that payments for hotel rooms booked in addition will be refunded. No refund for cancellations will be made after this date, but named substitutions can be made.

Clinical CME Group, LLC and its contractors will be photographing and/or videotaping educational / industry sessions and events. By attending this congress, attendees acknowledge these activities and agree to allow their image to be used by Clinical CME Group, LLC in publications, on websites and social media, and in marketing and promotional materials. Attendees at All About Hypersomnia Congress 2026 waive all claims against Clinical CME Group, LLC for any liability resulting from these uses.

Only Clinical CME Group, LLC and approved contractors are permitted to photograph and/or record video of presenters at All About Hypersomnia Congress 2026. No photographs of presentation slides or posters may be taken unless express permission is given by the presenter. When permitted, photography is only allowed for personal, social, or non-commercial use. Attendees may not use flash photography during sessions or otherwise distract the presenters and/or other attendees. Violation of this policy may result in removal from this congress.
